Wakefield's British, so a lot of the nonsense spread through the UK and quite possibly France as well. That's about the best guess I've got.

God, that's sad.

And by "sad" I mean "let's throw Wakefield into a jail cell, preferably with three huge, violent roommates, and no guard".

The damage he's done is too widespread for a simple retraction and fade into obscurity. If there were laws to prosecute assholes like him, I'd help fund the effort.

No no, vaccines can't cause autism. I can certify that, and I'm competent/qualified to do so. But damage to nerves does occur from other sources, like dietary sources. gm foods are not very good for you, really.
