my sekrits? eat fat free yogurt for breakfast (one container) then couple hours later eats bowl (serving size only!) of cereal, i eats cheerios crunch (so f-ing good).. had been eating Special K for a while, but cheerios are more filling. Fat free milk for tha cereal, or soy milk which has protein to keep your muscles happy and your tummy full. (vanilla silk = makes cereal taste like desserts) the healthy breakfasts = only about 250 calories for yogurt, cereal, and milk. depending on your cereal. holler!

for lunchies and din din graze on veggies and fruits, get something fatty in there like a turkey sandwich (nom nom nom) on wheat. PBJ is also a nummy lunch sammich cuz it's full of protein to keep you full!!

I also cut out my usual gallon-o-soda per day. I now drink about 8oz if any.

serving sizes are our friend!

also!

eat until you are 8/10 full, not until you are full ..by that point, your stomach will be stuffed and you'll be uncomfortable ( ... )

Totally wanted tips and stuff and stuff ^^

I'll try to start asap but it prolly won't happen for at least a month as I start my practicum. BUT I can put the nummies and stuff on the grocery list and hope Randy's mom buys them X3

I srsly want skinnybean (stringbean?!?) hotbod for the summer.
And I want my cellulite to be less cellulitey O_o
