Starving yourself slows your metabolism down so the better way to stay skinny is eat more calories but still less than you're supposed to. This will increase your metabolism so you will burn more calories and make it easier to maintain your weight.
Also, eat a lot of watermelon. It's pretty much all water and no calories but will keep you full.
Yeah, I know... But then when I do eat more calories and such, I just gain. My body is absolutely terrible to me.
I went on a huge watermelon kick this summer, there is currently a bad tasting one in my fridge. It's one of my favorite fruits. Makes me pee so much. :)
