Alright, this is the first icon tutorial i'v made in a while (I stress the word while) so i might be a little rusty on the edges, if i do something wrong then please point it out!
1) Crop your image and do any preparations, i didn't do anything in this case.
2) Selective color layer,
Reds | C: -100 | M: 0 | Y: +53 | B: 0
Yellows | C: 0 | M: 0 | Y: -100 | B: -96
Blues | C: +100 | M: -100 | Y: -100 | B: +100
Neutrals | C: -4 | M: -4 | Y:-4 | B: -30
3) Selective color layer,
Reds | C: -100 | M: 0 | Y: +8 | B: 0
Neutrals | C: +3 | M: +3 | Y: +3 | B: +12
4) Decoration! I decided to a little text, Times New Roman at size 10 bold
