today i went to "step class" at the Y for the first time. for those of you who dont know, its like...aerobic stepping-up-and-down-on-a-thing-exercise crap. let me tell you, it is a very strange day when old fat women are more coordinated than you are. the thing is, going into it i didnt know it was an "intermediate class"...shoulda known. anyhow,
