understandable ...

then i go online to pay my fees

and they want to charge me $1151.15.

WHERE THE CRAP DID THEY GET AN EXTRA $300 FROM?!

ugh ... i have to pay a visit to the financial services tomorrow at 8:15 in the morning and they better be prepared.
