I use more money on make-up and related products that I'm comfortable with, on account of having mutant skin. I hate using it, I seriously don't like how it feels on me (also on account of the mutant skin), but I've lived long enough to be able to tell that a lot of people take offense if I don't, and it just makes living in this society that much less difficult.

But when ever I do see a cosmetics advert, I feel like I'm in a science-fiction film. Where someone's trying to make a point by the non-too subtle use of parody.
