How is it possible that I am still sick.... it's been over a month.

Now, most logical people would have gone to the doctor at this point. There are a few problems with me going to the doctor....
1) I don't have a doctor here
2) I don't know if my mom's insurance still covers me
3) I work all day everyday... essentially working the hours that I could
