I think Spring Break is almost offically over. Except for those of you in Spain or France. But you don't really count. I didn't really do very much...very unproductive, but since we made our final offer on the house tonight and should hear back tomorrow...I need to start packing. Yeesh, it's so strange to think that I'm moving possibly. Needless to say, I have the final party at 141 planned and the future party at the new house in the works. I'll let ya know.
Monday: I didn't do anything. Went tanning with Kimmy. Got FRIED.
Tuesday: I woke up at GASP! 5:30 to go to the gym with my mom, where I lifted weights and ran on the treadmill...in total 45 minutes. It felt so good and for the rest of the day I was in a good mood. In the afternoon Jenny and I made a treck to Williamsburg for some shopping. Monica in the Coach store when she has no money is a bad combination. But now I know exactly what I want. I got some stuff at the Aeropostale store (you can't beat an extra 50% off) but my Subway sandwich was the most extravagant purchase. On the way home we stopped at Dillard's to try on prom dresses, but didn't find much.
Wednesday: Went to Missouri. It was a bad drive because it took an extra hour due to being behind slow moving semi's on a Two-Lane highway for four hours. But we did eat some DELICOUS Sonic and then went to the Pasta Factory once we got to Columbia.
Thursday: I may have fallen in love with Mizzou. I had a really good visit, goregous weather and am a strong contender for in-state tution and a few scholarships. Keep your fingers crossed, because if this happens I'll be SO happy. The J-school at Mizzou rocks, can you imagine me writing for a REAL newspaper when I'm only a junior in college? It'd be amazing. And the Magazine Sequence is the best in the country...it goes all over Columbia every Friday and it's student run. These are the sort of opportunites I was hoping for once I graduate. The dorm rooms aren't bad at Mizzou either, very comprable to the women's dorm in Madison. I have a lot to think about. After a wonderful dinner at Shakespeare's it was time to go home. I'm sorry I missed the coffee time that night, however.
Friday: Went to my mother's office due to the lack of computer at home so I could write the Admissions at Mizzou ANOTHER essay and make a "resume" to make my scholarship opportunities that much greater. Then coffee with William after several months of waiting which caused me to do a lot of thinking about the way things are in my life. I think that I have to call him so that things get better before I leave town. Now all I have to do is get the nerve up to do it!
Which brings us to today. The most eventful thing is that my Pictures, Files, and Music were all deleted at the computer place. That equals...badness. If anyone knows how to get this kinda thing back or fix it or something, I'm looking for input. I'm not really looking forward to school on Monday, but I am looking forward to seeing people that I didn't get to hang out with. I'm sorry I didn't call the people I said I would to hang out...things just got crazy after my Mizzou visit. And I probably made a mistake since I didn't call this guy back that called me, but hopefully I didn't sink that ship. I hope everyone else had a good break. Only a few more weeks and we're outta here!
