"Where's the fun in that?" Lex had been seated at his desk, his right leg was settled along his left knee, and he, too, had changed into something he found more comfortable. A plain gray t-shirt, and a pair of dress slacks.
Yes, you couldn't expect too much from Lex Luthor. He wasn't exactly a pajama sort of man. But, apparently, Lois was. He eyed her as she walked through the door, the shadow of a definite grin playing along his lips. "I take it this place is to your liking?" Well, good, becuase it wasn't likely to change anytime soon.
"Yea. It's got class for a place in a very sucky location... but I do like how it has the environment that feels nothing like it does out there."
:She would walk around his office, eyeing the book shelf, and it's priceless antiques.. she was just about to place a hand on one of it, but she stopped herself.. turning around quickly to face his direction:
"Almost broke hell, there. You'll have to entertain me or something, cause I'm not sure if I myself can even control it."
:She laughs.. until she started to talk. Again.:
"I have a fun game.. It's called 'What are we really thinking?' ..-- So come on Lex.. Lay it on me. What do you really think of me? I can handle it.. I've heard critism all of my life and I'm sure you have as well.. I also don't hold grudges. So I am--"
:There she goes again.. It seems she is really asking to be interrupted. It goes along with her thing against 'uncomfortable silences':
Lex watched her as she made her way around his office, like a kid at a candy store. His hands came to rest along his lower stomach. She wanted to know what he really thought of her? Well. "You really want to know, Miss Lane?" Lex straightened his back in the chair, standing along his feet.
He made his way in front of his desk, placing his palms against the edge of it. "I think that you're one of the most...nosey people I have ever met. You tend to talk without speaking first. But, needless to say, you're brave. And you know what you're doing. And those are two traits that are extremely hard to come by with females of this day and age." Lex tilted his head before raising his hand in her direction. "What about you? What does the amazing Lois Lane have to say about Lionel Luthor's one and only son?"
:Lois would smile almost laugh when he told her she was 'nosey'.. What she didn't expect was two very compelling compliments that made that arrogant smirk turn to a pleased smile

Again, he listened with interest. He liked this reverse psychology thing. Lex figured it worked for him all too well these days. But when she was finished, Lex sat down in his chair, folding his hands along his stomach once more. The bottle was taken out of his hands as he went to get a drink. A light glower formed along his forehead before he leaned his head back to get a better look at Lois. "Daddy wasn't serving your best interests. And college..." He gave a snicker.
"College isn't everything it's cracked up to be. What did you do? Set the journalist class on fire because they denied your...dramatic ways?" There was no other way to explain it. Lois Lane was the most dramatic girl he had come into contact with.
Not that it was a bad thing, but when things didn't go the way Lois wanted-- she would tend to get a big head, and go all out as to achieve what she wanted.
He guessed that's what made good journalists these day.
Lex stood on his feet, looking down at her a few inches. He cocked his head. Her every word was interesting. "Perhaps we're not, Miss Lane." A lingering grin remained along his features when she had first mentioned his childhood mishaps. Oh, Lex knew too well the story she was relaying. He wasn't a saint. Nowhere near it. And he knew it.
Hell, the whole world knew it. He was only an icon that got everything he had wanted. It came with the Luthor package. But, there were things even his father hadn't known about. And he preferred to keep it that way. He ran the back of his right hand along her left shoulder, smirking. "I'm sorry, I haven't given you the tour of my house, have I?" Lex's eyes met hers as he dropped his hand down at his side.
"You wouldn't be interested in that, would you?" Now, he had his share of rivals. Too many to name. But there were few that could match his sarcasm, his wit, his...mannerisms. She was one of the few females that had come close. But none could surpass he and his father.
:Her hazel-green eyes would lower to look upon his hand that touched her shoulder.. slowly looking back up at him. She doesn't think he has even touched her before. That touch made her pulse rise, but it wasn't necessarily a bad thing.. which suprised her. Once she heard his offer of a tour she snapped back into reality.:
"Hmm, a tour sounds Intriguing." :She was sort of mocking the way rich people spoke..:
"I say a tour to the kitchen first." :She said jokingly..passing by him.. personally a tour sounded a little boring to Lois, but by the smirk on Lex's face, she chose to play a long with it.:
Lex tried his hardest not to grin again. He loved her expressions. Especially the ones where she was just flabbergasted by her surroundings.
He walked in after her, looking to the man with the floppy chef's hat. "What are you in the mood for? He can bake a cake in up to five minutes, and make a cheesecake in less than that." Lex leaned against the island of the kitchen, glancing around. "It's your choice, Miss Lane. The possibilites are endless."
He paused a moment, taking a good look at her before giving a short laugh. "A -- heh." Lex grinned at the chef, "A hostess cupcake, Louis." The man gave a short huff and walked over to the cabinet.
"Good choice." He laughed his brief laugh and grabbed the cupcake as it was tossed to him. "I don't think I've had one of these in a few years-- toss me another one?" Lex said over his shoulder. The chef grumbled underneath his breath as he handed the one in his grasp to Lois. As he caught the second one, he ushered Lois back to the hallway. "Thanks, Louis. You're a good man." He winked at the chef, closing the doors as Lois shuffled out with her cupcake.
:Lois unwrapped it quickly.. and tossed the wrapper into the nearby garbage that was just by the door before she left the kitchen..taking in a big bite of that savory manufactured chocolate cake..talking once again with her mouth full..:
:She laughed with a closed mouth, other-wise it'd be all over the place..She would swallow before speaking again:
"Hmm I never saw you as a chocolate lover.."
:She smiled.. sticking a finger in into where she bit out of her cupcake and where the cream center was.. licking the white cream off her finger with such a please smile upon her face..:
"So where is the billionnaire tour-guide going to send me to next?"
Lex placed his hands on his hips, watching as she admired his pool. "Well, I'm not exactly a female, so I don't carry bikinis around with me. So, you can either jump in with your pajamas on, or, you might just have to discard of the clothing all together. And, if you choose either choice, then I can show you that, yes, I do enjoy a decent swim now and again."
Hey, he was truthful. And you couldn't blame him for trying. Though this wasn't a pathetic attempt to get into Lois Lane's pajama bottoms. No, merely an offer if she wished to take a dip in his pool.
:Laughs..: "You would like that wouldn't you. Oh come on we're both adults here.. and Yes I can be an adult."
:Yea she was comfortable with it.. it wasn't like Lois has never done skinny dipping before..:
"I'll go commando..under one condition, though." :She smirked..: "If you discard your clothing too. I'll even turn around so I won't see Lex Junior right away."
:She turns around while she unbuttoned her top.. with a matter of seconds it was on the ground.. as well as her bottoms.. her slender tan backside was in full view.. but not for long because she instantly dove in.. She would resurface.. her hands would scoop over her head to slick back her once again wet hair..:
"Yea the clearwater doesn't censor much does it? You're lucky that I don't have anything against ya.. for now." :Another beautiful smile sprang on her face, waiting for Lex to strip down..:
"Oh yea oops forgot." :She places a hand over her eyes..:
He grinned, turning around as she started to strip down. A few pieces of her clothing landed on his shoes, causing his eyebrows to widen slightly before he cleared his throat. The splash came and he then realized she was giving him his privacy.
Lex slipped the grey t-shirt over his torso, tossing it onto the ground. Within a few minutes, he had removed the remainder of his clothings, placing them all in a neat lump over in a nearby chair. Shoes were then kicked off, as well as his socks, and in came Lex. He winced a bit as he exposed himself along the surface. "You know, I don't normally..do this." He turned around, peering at Lois's face with a smile. "Now what?"
:Lois lets out a small amused laugh..: "You're asking me? And it's your pool?"
:She gave a playful splash at him before she swam off.. feeling the small currents cut through her slender figure..:
"You don't normally do this? Oh please! Look me in the eye and say you never had a woman naked in your pool before."
:She shakes her head.. with a smile.. Oh she knew what she wanted to do.. but as stubborn as she was.. she didn't want to admit to it.. Maybe she should entice him a little more.. she started to swim on her back to do the famous 'back stroke..' But she always thought she did it wrong, cause only her head and upper chest surfaced..:
"Oh you have no idea how great this feels.. It's like an oasis. Ha.. That's what I'm gonna call your Mansion.. an Oasis in a Desert.."
:She always thought of smallville as a desert, in the middle of nowhere..:
The man stared for a minute, realizing she was backing up a few inches in the water. She had...kissed him? Now why would she do that? Lex cupped his hand, pulling her in once more. He pressed his own lips against hers, this time, allowing his tongue to brush against hers.
Releasing the kiss, Lex gave a satisfied smirk. He looked her up and down, running his left hand along her cheek. "I think you just said the right thing, Miss Lane." He waited a minute before he spoke again. "You know, you're beautiful when you think.."
:When Lex pulled her back, she never felt so.. wanted.. Once Lois felt his lips again, it made her pulse rise just as the time he first touched her in his office, but it was racing quicker and quicker as she felt her lips part and his tongue mingling with her own.. It was such a tease for him to break that kiss.. She smiled, feeling his hand caress her cheek..:
"Yea... and you really know how to bring a woman to her knees don't you?"
:Lois then brings herself closer to him.. she could feel his well-toned body pressed against hers, Lex could even probably feel her heart racing.. Pressing those full lips firmly upon him with a driving force. Slipping her mischevious tongue through his parted lips to rekindle with his.. They were moving through the water until a wall stopped them.. She felt her desires and wants surfacing, an uncontrolled feeling.. Never did she expect this happen.. Amazing how something can change in one night..:
He felt her body against his, causing an uproaring sensation throughout his body. Her form was magnificent, as was her very kiss. As Lex felt his back meet the wall, he placed his hand at her cheek once more. His fingers massaging her cheek gently, while his opposing hand brought her closer toward him. He grinned, breathing heavily as her passionate kiss had ended. "You act like I'm the one to blame, Lois..."
This was unexpected. This was soomething a little out of context. This was great. He bit her lower lip gently, his pinky finger running itself through her wet tendrils. "I think it takes two to tango."
:His stimulating touches were sending her shivers of pleasure, somewhat like electric currents running through her entire body.. Lois felt his teeth gently biting the full flesh of her lower lip.. returning it with several gentle kisses.. and talking with a breathless tone..:
"Oh.. I'll have to agree with you.. it does...--Say... Do you wanna take this elsewhere..? You haven't given me a tour in the grande master bedroom yet.."
