It's just PhotoShoped. The first one is contrasted up. In the second one I made the edges glow. The third one I didn't touch. The fourth one I think, is Frescoed maybe watercolored. The fifth one has ink outlines. The sixth one is in stamp. The seventh one has sprayed strokes. Eighth is Bas Relief. Ninth is ink outlines. Tenth is posterized. Finally, the eleventh has accented edges. So really, it's just all about the Photoshop. Wabam:
