I know I complain a lot.

I know i've been weird since school started. I cant tell you why, because I dont know. I'm always hot, tired, on edge, anxious, twitchy, nervous, out of breath, anti social. I need to get back into meditation. I used to do it a lot and it's very relaxing...I think it helps us get back on track.

You aren't the only one who is going through some personal weirdness...I am in the same kind of situation. Unfortunately, I can't seem to keep on a positive beat...
