Photoshop Elements 3.0, one of the pics from my Adam folder (yes, I actually have a folder on my external harddrive dedicated to Adam Lambert stuff, lol), a T-shirt transfer sheet (found in packs of 10 at Wal-Mart), and a white shirt. It was pretty easy!
