It toooootally didn't occur to me that Burt has influence and access to money. I feel like things are going to get a lot easier for Shannon from here on out. *squee!*

I love that Kurt and Blaine are becoming friendlier and more comfortable, and that the recent change in Sam's canon storyline hasn't totally fucked you over, and that Kurt continues to be snarky and a little bit judgmental, heh.

Oh man. I felt so fucking awkward when that episode aired, and then went-- you know what? Just go with it. I'm glad this doesn't read like retconning, or like I'm covering my story's ass. I could talk forever about the meta there, but I'll hold myself in check- I'm basking in the new chapter glow.

You were actually the first person I thought of when I saw the episode. "Wait, what is Blaine's deal with not wanting to put his sexuality on display and how will this affect his future career as a stripper?" LOL. This was the guy who grabbed his crotch during Hot For Teacher and sang "You can leave your toys in the drawer tonight" during When I Get You Alone, so it was very confusing even without your story invading my brain

Honestly, I'd planned for a little wiggle room because I do not live a spoiler free life. I read about the Sam thing and kind of wrote it off as a joke, or like... one of those spoilers that you can't take seriously or your head will explode. But I wrote a tiny tiny bubble into the fic, that mercifully didn't pop once the episode aired. I mean, if I hadn't known, I would have literally died of shame once the ep aired.

This is just so perfect, as always. I absolutely love how much care you put into it, how tender everything seems. There's so much complexity between the boys, and you don't rush it, which makes it so much more real. I love how you brought Burt into it as well, he always makes my heart melt. Love love love :)

Psh silly you are seriously such an amazing writer. I've been in love with this since it started, I'm just slow at commenting sometimes. But I seriously love this, it's one of the few Blaine-as-a-stripper fics I've read that tackles the subject with sensitivity and gives Blaine depth. I feel like everything is so breakable between them, and I can't wait to see where you go from here :)

I love the fills on GKM, but god I adore it when an author takes a prompt and run away with it to the rainbow land with unicorns and stardust. This fill is lovely, complicated, and layered beyond the scope of the fill and/or my expectations.
