so i think the thing i like about it most is that i have a tendency to find top's less positive personality traits hilarious or gloss over them. i think in this fic gd does too and that really resonated with me as a reader. like i said earlier i was a little blindsided by the breakup and i think it's because i could relate to gd so much, and that i totally view gtop's relationship in the way you've described it in the prior paragraphs. tbh i think this whole fic is a nice encapsulation of the more realistically fucked-up aspects of their relationship, and if i were to compile a meta post this would probably be in the top bunch of fic recs i'd make. :D
