the woods behind my house are full of GREEN. i sat on my back deck today and it was so warm, i felt like all the weight was lifted off of me in an instant. i saw neon bugs and dandelions exploding in little puffs and the last black crows of winter looking out of place, and when i went inside my shoes were still warm under my toes from the sun.

what do you think of this:
I think the only part of Rochester that is pretty all year round is downtown. The lines are always clean, there's no season in which nature decided to skimp on the details. The people are the most natural there because if they're trying to be pretentious, they're in the most pretentious-blening neighborhood of all. Or maybe it's not what I'm seeing at all, but the closest I come to having Rochester substitute for the place I want to be in.

This has nothing to do with this, but just in case you hate me and have boycotted my lj forever I decided to post this here. I'm so sorry...what you thought I meant was not at all what I really meant by that. But its not your fault, I totally got how it seemed that way when I read it over...it was just one of those things that you do without meaning to. It was just on my mind I guess...because it worries me a little. But probaly just because its a change. I mean my choices by no means have to be the same as yours. And your right, and I've said this to alot of people, if it werent for you alot of us would have just fallen out of touch and we would have missed alot of good times. By the way I took that part out of my entry, if it makes you feel any better about it. Over the course of my life you have been one of the best friends that I have had, and as far as I know this is the first time you have really been angry with me. I guess thats why I've written so much, because its I really big deal to me. Do you forgive me?
