My body is in pain. My back and neck hurt as well as my arm. Monday morning, I had to get a shot and before doing so, I met THE nurse. She appeared friendly and calm enough, so I wasn't worried. She said, "Okay, breathe in and out" and on the "out", she pulled back her arm and stabbed me! Never before had I been stabbed with a needle. OUCH
