Mid-summer update

So, I met with my supervisor for my fall internship (in Saline schools! Yippee, with babies ages 2.5-6 years). However, the woman wants me to start August 27 and go until December 21st. This is a problem because: We only need 50 days of full time with the whole caseload (probably will be about 35-40 babies) and I was hoping to not start right

is there any way you can tell your internship supervisor that you need time for your GA? i would think they would be understanding about that, but maybe not
