Thank you! I was a little nervous about being completely off base with him - he's a very interesting narrator.

And perhaps I should go back and rework it. I have a bad habit of awkwardly wording things that I should really pay more attention to.

ahhhhhhhhh, Cassel and Lila, god, I love it. Such a huge, kinda painful, conflicting moment with him seeing her scar, and I love how you write the new ~awkwardness between them and the shift in everything - I still worship her, but there’s a fear now, one that I must have ignored before, that threads itself across my palms and up my arms. Yeeeeeees. Lila through Cassel's eyes is brilliant here.
