Ando, Takeshi, and Minako are my favourite characters to write, so weirdly, this chapter and all that led up to it, all the heartache, all the whiskey, and all the cigarettes in hotel rooms, were a treat for me. I'll miss writing Ando, with this snark and good heart, but he has (had--- dear God, where's my Nutella jar) these incredibly self-destructive tendencies and well, Pluto kind of knew all along...

If everything goes according to plan (and Umino does what I want), it'll only be two chapters tops, plus an epilogue, and then ORE is all wrapped up. Scary!

I read Airmail into about three days and then sat up until one in the morning catching up with On Razor's Edge. Your writing is beautiful! I desperately want to know what happens next.

Oh wow, thanks so much! I'm delighted that you read this in what is basically one go! The next chapter is already up and I hope the epilogue won't be too long in the making. :)

Like, the whole thing - but I am undone by this absolutely gem of a line 'If she had to focus just a little more to make it perfectly straight, she was sure nobody would notice right now.' Teach me your ways!!!!!

As with the BAMF, I have to agree that all your interactions are fabulous (such a big cast!), but the Takeshi/Minako and Ando/Minako conversations are particularly devastating. Such drama! Much Angst.

Oh, you woman of the many books, I have nothing to teach. I do however have a ten step programme that consists of 9 portions of sweets and one portion of joyful panic to churn this out. ;) Supremely bad for your diet, wonderful for the feels.
