My name is amber and I was just reading your writer block here, and I know exactly what you mean. I am happily married but sometimes (only twice since I got married) I want to check up on one ex. I truly love my husband, but this other guy was a very hard and fast love, I understand what you are saying because that's how I feel about him, I don't regret loving him, and I don't hate myself for having a small part of myself that still loves him, we just fizzled out, and I think it was because we were so strong at the beginning. i don't think love ever dies, it just changes.
