Just got done with day three, and am loving it more. It was a relaxed day with less sightseeing and more cityliving happening, so I'm starting to see this place as a real city and not just an extended vacation spot

You have to go to the catacombs. I went to the Rome ones in May and they are awesome. From my understanding the French Catacombs are much creepier as you get to see actual bones.
