Yeah.. I couldn't believe it either.. All I can do for them is pray for em -- just like you said to do.. It makes me think... People shouldn't complain about what we have... Hello?? Be thankful for what we have... Ya know.. but many times, ppl don't think twice... Including myself, ofc... Sad... But I'm sure ppl are at least trying.. I'm sure you already know what I'm talking about...
I feel badly about the people who were harmed by Katrina as well. The reason why they didn't fix the leeves in New Orleans is for a variety of reasons:
1) They didn't have the funds to fix them 2) They didn't think a storm of this magnitude would come at the time it did
There are other reasons, but those are the main ones.
And I'm with you all the way on your comments about Bush. He's a fuckin' asshole. *mutterS*
Hey - I understand how you're feeling!! But Bush has so many priorities! Such as security for our nation. Getting impt information from his staff about his country & Iraq. Being President will never be easy work. Give Bush credit for trying his best. At least he was able to witness the tragic scene a day after the hurricane. Plus former president Bush & Clinton are doing many works for the people & in the end, they will thank them. Besides it is not safe for our president to be seen in the state because it's out of control right now. There are killers, rapist, looters, etc... So why risk having our president in that state now? Bush can't control the people!! It's the Mayor & Governor's job to control the state & city. Bush is responsible for 50 states & global situation. So leave it up to the mayor & governor to do their job. Bush will be standing by no matter what happens - he's still thinking & praying for the victims. Just like he's thinking a lot about our soldiers who are sacrificing their life for our country &

Ok dude... you need to get a grip. There were alot of people in the New Orleans area who were of low-income status. Even though they were told to leave the area before Katrina hit they weren't able to because they were too poor to get out of there. Many of them didn't have cars.... and for those who did - didn't have enough money to get themselves gas to hightail it out of there! So don't go thinking that they were stubborn or stupid - they were just too poor to leave

You're obvisously in a sense of hatred. As for Bush, I never voted for Bush & still he became our president. I have voted for Kerry & Gore the last two time he ran for president. Yet, I will support my president.
As for everything you just said, you're just another person that don't want to move on & get attach to things. I'm not gonna continue saying things that will hopefully convince your mind because you have already made up your mind.
