Happy New Years, books and films of 2010, A-Team

Happy New Year everybody! Less than three hours left of 2010 for me now. I've had both good and bad times a-plenty this year, but overall I'd say it has been a good one. I feel old now, since you are obviously allowed to read great books by great non-Scandinavian authors for your Norwegian classes whereas back when I was young still in high school, we only ever read Norwegian authors (and most of them pretty dull, at that) :P
Also, we never got to watch any movies, heh.

Haha, we were encouraged to chose Norwegian authors for our særemne, but we didn't have to:) Our books just had to have been translated and published in Norway at some point.

I'm kind of shocked by the amount of movies we've watched throughout upper secondary school - I think the number surpasses the movies we watched in primary- and lower secondary school put together! We're going to watch another one next week too, based on Knut Hamsun's "Pan". They're always in some way relevant to our curriculum, but I think "Hero" primarily was chosen because my teacher loved it;)
