I had a little fun last night, and made (quite possibly) the best cookies I have ever made.  They're Double Chocolate Mint Chip cookies.  They've got both semi-sweet chocolate chips and green mint chips...here's a picture:

Combine it with those cookies, and I think you've got a winning combination...although my personal favorites will always be oatmeal chocolate chip.

You still coming out here at the beginning of April? Rachel said you might. Liz is still going to come stay with me. :-) We're having a bonfire at my parents' place the night of Friday, April 7th (the day before my birthday). You should come! Please? Bring your Mom if you like. :-)
