Ran for a week.
Reminded me of my old life.
Got overwhelmed.
Got a migraine.
Will be at college next Saturday.
That's in 10 days.
Started to forget that last year happened.
Got afraid of forgetting German/Germany.
I need to find another country to run away to.

I could be a professional exchange student for life.

A southern thunderstorm.

Starting suddenly in the afternoon with heat lightening, light rain drops, then massive thunder that causes the house to rattle.

Sitting at home, lounging in pajamas in an overstuffed leather chair with only a dimmed lamp for allumination over a laptop, as soft t.v. plays in the background.

Ahh...die Gemuetlichkeit.

-15 days until I move in at Sewanee

-"read" awful book and sent off paper

-friend visiting this weekend from Atlanta

-sleeping poorly lately

-finally saw Star Wars III; excellent

-shopping: it's how I fill the hours to each day

-spoke to myself in German today while driving

-I think I'm in a funk.
