He remembers Shizuo being here before, until he can find proof otherwise, he'll assume he's still around. Which means he needs to get rid of him, somehow. Izaya hates Shizuo. Out of all humanity, Shizuo is the one person he can't stand. He's too simple minded to be played with, too stupidly prone to violence to reason with, and he has committed the unforgivable crime of seeing right through Izaya. Clearly, he must be dealt with. But how...
Who can forget Mukuro-san? Izaya finds him fascinating like few things in the world. He's up there with Celty's head - but not Celty's body, because her body is such a pill about most things - and there's nothing he doesn't enjoy quite like sharing quips with him. It's not friendship and it's certainly not romance of any sort. No. It's more like a long term experiment where both scientist and specimen have agreed to switch places all the time.
Rhode is Mukuro's property. As a rule, Izaya does not toy with Mukuro's property, unless given explicit permission. Matter of principles, you know? He does, however, wish to remain on Rhode's relatively good graces, so he will make a slight effort to indulge her - not that it's hard - and keep her entertained.
Yosuke-kun! Who's to deny a tool that talks himself so neatly into being? Izaya is an opportunist if nothing else. This one has a lot of potential, and Izaya is definitely going to squeeze up to the last bit of it, until it bleeds. He mentioned this children organization, SEES, which smells like a kid version of Mustang's Watch. Izaya is very interested in what the kids will do, and he plans to get to the bottom of it. And well, if he has to wear a skirt to do so, the rewards will be worth it, he's sure.
Interesting, the way she talks and the way seems to view the world. Must definitely gather more info on this one.
Yosuke's friend, apparently. Or at the very least, from his same world. Let it slip that both Rise and Souji are from that same world, too. Interesting prospect, will consider for some researching once the Yosuke project is in action.
Very, very intersting, so far. Responds well to subtle cues and misleading statements, and seems to have some measure of wit of her own. This one will be fun to poke at, just to see what she's willing to do with that wit of hers~
Roy Mustang was working his way into becoming a crucial part of the war effort, last time Izaya was in Death City. Again, like with Shizuo, he sees no reason to think that has changed. As such, knowing exactly what Mustang is up to now is very, very important, if Izaya wishes to keep his hands out of the fire, so to speak.
A very interesting person, the use of color font reminds Izaya, vaguely, of someone else who used color in the network, and was here a long, long time ago. CoughTereziCough But since he lost his old logs with his old communicator, there's no need to worry about that. Instead, he's very interested in someone who insists everything she does is for a purpose. Shall he find out how true that really is?
This is a dragon. A legit, flying, potentially-fire-breathing dragon. Izaya wants to play with this so badly. And hey, unlike certain immortal creatures of fey he knows, this one seems actually cooperative enough. Tea and talk, indeed. Indeed.

Interesting, interesting. He's learned more of her now, than last time. A troll, huh? This one does not look like a Jötunn to him, but then, there are ten other trolls to meet and talk with. Judging by this one, they will be fun to interact with, because... well, if nothing else, Izaya kind of loves Norse myths.
