er um...how dumb can you be? i had a lady call and ask me to help her install her drivers for her printer...i was like, uh no? lol. the stupid things we hear at this job. what shift are you working anyway?

This is a valid point. When I worked there, usually the best that I got is "the internet is not working". That's like going to the doctor, and just telling him that your sick.
