This is lovely I enjoyed watching it. But I don't remember seeing the part with the doctor in the white tux and river in the green dress what are they from?

It's from the mini episodes First Night and Last Night. They were released along with another (maybe two others, I don't remember) mini episodes on the DVD. If you search for the, on. YouTube, I think you can watch them there! They're only about 4 or 5 minutes a piece.
