which of the things on the site makes you lose weight? i already have fish oil pills and one-a-day vitamins.

The shakes, the total control pills , the snack defense pills, there are packages that have snacks and that have the shakes and pills but they are pricy. The packages are too much for you to buy but I would do the celluloss which gets rid of cellulite and the shakes. if you got any shakes I could get you a shaker so that you can make them easier for free. maybe the total control because that makes you feel fuller longer without the shakyness.
