day one

i started my diet today. we'll see how this goes. two weeks of eating basically eggs, nuts, lettuce,cheese and meat. the hardest part is definitely the absolutely no sugar thing. i like sugar.. and pasta... and bread. oh and no alcohol either. im freaking screwed(not because of the alcohol). luckily its just two weeks. then i can reintroduce the ( Read more... )

well, im short. so, losinf 40lbs is "ideal" for my health. but ill settle for 35lbs lol

all i can really tell you is take it slow. go at your own pace, and if you can't do it all at first, it will come at time. oh, and your dance background will definetly come in handy.
