Making advancement

Jan 15, 2008 14:24

No, not advancement in bhakti yoga but rather in hatha yoga.

I've been trying to work into more advanced variations and other more advanced poses in order to make a break through for myself.

I am concentrating on a few in particular:

asanas, yoga, advanced, poses

One of these days I'd like to try yoga. Or maybe pole-dancing, I'm not sure which!

I think yoga would help to strengthen your muscles prior to attempting pole dancing. :)

Hey how about the best of both worlds and try bellydancing.

Oh, nice suggestion! I hadn't thought of that. But I find I always need to have something more interesting to do for exercise than just going the gym - I think I'll look into that.

Good for you, that's awesome!
By the way, LOL at 'Now That's What I Call Music! 23' because I think they were up to like 7 or 8 last time I heard of them. Shows how in touch with the world I am!

I borrowed "That What I Call Music..." because that's what came up in my library catalog when I did a search for contemporary artists that I like. I like to bellydance to some of the songs, and get my groove on.
