Taught class tonight. I rocked! Yes, I did! And it was fun. I forget how much knowledge I have, but it all surfaced tonight.

Thank you. It's funny. I teach privately, and I've taught at other yoga studios and I even teach at a local hospital, and college but I get nervous when I start at a new place although I take yoga classes there.
