Ugh. I had an appointment w/ my OB today and I'm 3cm...I'm cramping like crazy and my back is killing me. My sister in law took the kids to the zoo so I'm all alone (it's amazing btw) and I'm wondering...should I go for a walk or take a nap

what is it with the august babies?! I had major contractions last night and went in for a NST today. 2cm, 50% effaced and they said if I go into labor this weekend they won't stop it. I'll be 36 weeks sunday!!
