[OH GOD OH GOD SOMEONE JUST KISSED HER OUT OF THE BLUE asdf what to do what to do. Thankfully, it's only a kiss to the cheek, but still!! She shyly and ever so cautiously looks up to see who this kissing stranger was, a little surprised when she recognizes the face.]

[Her hands quickly reach up to the spot where he kissed her, her face a bright red color as she feels extremely shy and embarrassed. But at the same time, she's actually grateful it was him and not some scary-looking stranger.]

It's alright... I mean! Is... is today a k-kissing holiday? Why is everyone... and Eagle-kun too...

[Forgive her, she's still a little flustered right now to make out real sentences.]

[Some one being flustered is a good reaction to a kiss. At least that meant they noticed and Shiemi was adorable when she was blushing! ]

[Eagle points up to the sprig of greenery she happened to wander under. ]

Mistletoe. When ever anyone stands under the mistletoe it is an Earth tradition to kiss them. The City is just helping us along a little and compelling us to kiss each other with a little curse magic.

[Upon seeing the plant, Shiemi immediately recognizes it. They had ones like it in her Grandma's garden after all -- though, to be honest, she saw it more as a weed than anything.]

... I see. Oh but, you say curse magic... is this a curse, Eagle-kun?

[Shiemi looks a little confused. Ms. Charlie told her about curses, but from what she heard, they were terrible things such as being turned into animals or getting an urge to rob people. But kissing... that wasn't really terrible, right? Maybe it made you really embarrassed and flustered if you were like her... but it wasn't really that horrible right?]

[Estelle is realizing that nowhere is safe today, not even her own home. So getting out for a breath of fresh air, she decides to run some errands. Seeing Shiemi, she simply makes to wave towards her and then run up to her only instead of greeting her with words, she gives her a peck on the tip of the girl's nose.

Whelp, hopefully Shiemi would understand.]

[Shiemi looks up from the pretty pebbles on the ground for a moment as she continues to walk, her face lighting up when sees Estelle waving at her. Finally, a friendly face! Who isn't preoccupied with kissing! She begins to wave at the other girl.]

Hello Este--

[Except she's taken by surprise when Estelle suddenly lands a kiss on her nose.]

[asdfg BLUSHES. Even Estelle had been cursed??? Or maybe it was the mistletoe. She cautiously looks up for a bit, and sure enough, there it was, looming above them ever so menacingly.]

A-ah! It's... it's okay. The curse, right?

[Estelle is glad that Shiemi seems to take that well. Given the curse that’s been spreading all day, no one should be terribly surprised by anyone’s action to invade personal space like this, still, it’s unnerving in Estelle’s opinion. Looking up, she sees the mistletoe herself and sighs in defeat. They appeared wherever they felt like, didn’t they.]

Yes, it seems to be a curse.

[And Estelle is now doing her best to hold back giving her another kiss. Didn’t a kiss on the nose meet the criteria the mistletoe wanted? Perhaps she should run, but she doesn’t want to be rude to Shiemi either…

It's a weird curse... isn't it?

[Shiemi chuckles shyly a little, and at that moment, she herself, suddenly feels the urge to give the other girl a kiss. But she couldn't! It was Estelle! And Estelle was her friend! Or friend-to-be. And she was just too shy to do it... Still, no excuse from her could do anything, because the mistletoe's power was too strong for her to resist.

So she closes her eyes and leans up to give the other girl a kiss on the cheek. Th-that was enough, right?]

[And then Shiemi receives another kiss -- and she knows she shouldn't be surprised anymore, this being her third kiss, but she can't really help herself. She steps back after Ken gives her a kiss, matching the color in his cheeks, or perhaps even more.]

Ah... um, th-that's alright! It's a curse... I believe.

[And she suddenly recognizes his face! Best to turn the subject away from kissing asdf. She then smiles shyly and timidly at him.]

Ichijouji-san, right? It's nice to finally meet you personally.

[She smiles and bows back at him.]

Were you able to find what you needed? Housing, computers...?

[Rin knows he should check the Network more often to see if any curses are up and running. Except he still doesn't, preferring to roam the City or head into work and find out then. Today he just happens to find the mistletoe festive! Entertaining!

When he sees Shiemi, he runs up to her, grinning wide]

Oi! Oi, Shiemi, let's grab something at the bakery today!

[Shiemi's just walking as fast as she can, trying to avoid random kissers and kissing couples and mistletoes (impossible as it may be) that she becomes a little startled when she hears a familiar voice calling out her name.]

Bakery...?

[She spins around quickly to face Rin, but in the process, steps over her kimono, trips and lands right in front of him, her hands going over to his shoulders for support. Now her face is just inches away from his, and without even having to look, she knew that a mistletoe was right above, because she had a sudden urge to lean in and close the distance between them. B-but she was going to try to resist!! After all, it was Rin! What would he think if she suddenly kissed him like that?? Would he get mad?? Would he be upset and not want to be friends with her anymore??

But it was a curse, and the mistletoe's power was too strong to fight against. Before she could do anything about it, she had leaned over, heart beating faster as she landed a kiss on his lips.]

[It happens too fast for Rin to process, and before he knows it his eyes are closed and his hands are on her waist to keep her balanced. He's not really sure how to do this - it's a little awkward, but the power of the mistletoe guides him in some way, keeps him from realizing what's really, really happening.

He wanted cakes, and he got kisses.

He's dreamed of this a few times, kissing Shiemi, and he'd immediately blush afterward because, wow. Kissing. Kissing Shiemi. It would never happen and it's too embarrassing and it's happening right now.

His tail flicks, and he snaps out of it, pulling away. Staring at her, eyes now wide and full of surprise.

And he faints.]

[It's a little difficult for her brain to process right now, the fact that she's kissing Rin, and Rin's kissing her back and she really, really shouldn't be liking the feeling of this... but she does. When he pulls away after the moment, she looks a little surprised when she realizes what she's just done.

He stares at her and she stares right back at him.

And suddenly--

OH MY GOD HE FAINTED.

She knew this would happen!! Well, she didn't know he would faint -- but she knew something equally bad would happen right after!! She pulls him into her lap, unsure of what to do. Oh, if only she were in her garden right now, she would be able to get some herbs to wake him up. Or maybe if she hadn't left home... this wouldn't have happened at all.

And now she's starting to cry, because Rin fainted and it was all her fault for kissing him.]

Rin! Wake up! I'm sorry...
