So excited!!!
I am getting a new chair for our living room! I have been *lusting* after this Logan armchair from cost plus for the last year
It's on sale right now for a screamin' $129 (I know not the best quality piece). So, I call around the Seattle area stores and can find *one*, a floor model in Lynnwood with busted up legs that they will not hold or take an additional discount from. so, that's a bummer.
So, I cruise Craigslist...again. I've been searching for the last year for anything close. What do I come up with but these beauties:
Close, hey? They are blue, not grey.
So...my LR vision is *starting* to come together. It is so hideous right now I hate it, COMPLETE hodge podge. I cringe to post these, but here is a reminder. It does look different, no "corral", the mirror on the fireplace is placed vertically (thanks robynloren), that hideous picture on top of the cube bookshelf is gone
Ick. Hate. So, I'd get this table and put it in the entryway, with baskets underneath for the shoes. The color ties in the enttertainment center and legs of the new chair and the bookshelf we'll be outting where the current white one is:
And I have been dying for this picture for above the fireplace:
With these accent pieces:
I'll have to wait on the picture and accents, but I'll post once we get the chair, table and switch out the bookcases. It won't be great, but slowly coming together!
