Ifritday, Ifrit-Decan 16, ND2018[The video clicks on and focuses for a moment. The SFC seems to be propped up on the countertop of a one-room apartment, facing the blond-haired man, who currently is preoccupied with what looks like a small plate of some sort of seafood filet and a small pile of books, one which is open and currently being browsed

You're supposed to hang the stocking inside. That way, when Santa comes, he can fill it with presents.

Santa? Who exactly is that?

Hnn, well. The spontaneity of it all makes a little more sense, if that's the case. But wow... that's a rather odd choice of a curse, don't you think?
[Maybe this coral really had a sense of humor, as peculiar as that sense of humor might be... why force random people to sing against their will? It didn't make much sense.]

I'd have to agree. At least this one doesn't force us beyond our barriers of comfort, haha. Singing might be embarrassing for some people... but I'd think that most people are easy to forgive in these circumstances.

I haven't noticed anyone carolling so far here in Vatheon. [Well, unless you could count the random bursting into song] It's a shame, I'm sure people would enjoy it.

I think a few here would be willing to go carolling, but either way, there are still many other ways to celebrating Christmas. It is one of the most popular holiday events of the year back home.

I've noticed the trees and the stockings, haha, so I assume those are popular... [It's hard not to notice, with all the nagging the residents do about them.]

So many questions!~
*Not that she minds, since she asks a million per second herself*
The singing is some kinda curse, but it's a nice one. Though some people round here have real bad voices!
But the stockings? I dunno! I've got one in my house, and somehow it's gonna get filled with presents!~

I'm glad for any answers you have! I'm still getting used to this city, and questions are never a bad thing when you're trying to learn.
[He nods at the comment about the curse - he's heard that from several others as well. He blinks in surprise when she mentions the stockings, though.]
Presents? Presents from who?

*She wasn't part of the welcoming committee for nothing!*
So, the presents are supposed to be from Santa Claus Father Christmas. He brings them every Christmas.
*Odd information - but she's no expert. This is only her second Christmas!*

[ awkward so awkward talking to a guy when he's normal again. ]
Well people usually go aroun' singing Christmas Carols an' stuff but in this case I think it ain't normal. I mean people don't usually respond to ya singing....
[ how it works is beyond is beliefs but he knows quite a lot about this holiday. ]
Stockings are jus' usually hung by the chimney and stuff. When we were kids our parents told us a big guy in red named Santa Claus would go aroun' giving good kids presents and stuff and he'll stock up our stockings...

This guy looks ...oddly familiar.]
It's ...Kuwabara, right? Nice to see you again.
[This older version of the redhead wasn't much easier to understand than his younger self... but Guy was trying his hardest.]
I was wondering about that myself... People have been saying it has something to do with another "curse"?
[He puts a finger to his chin in thought.] Huh... so it's more like a tradition than anything else, I'm guessing?

[ He replied. ] Sorry man about that whole thing. Dunno what I was thinkin'
[ He grinned at the other. Kuwabara was a pretty easy read if anything. Guy doesn't have to look into it too much. ]
Yeahhh curses ain't fun here so ya better be careful with what ya do. [ he nodes his head. ]
Yeah a typical holiday tradition and stuff. You can do it if ya want but you don't haveta.

Ah, right. I'll have to remember that. [Guy rubs the back of his neck uncomfortably.] I've heard some pretty nasty stories about curses that have happened before.
[He laughs lightly.] Well, I have no idea if I'm doing it right or not. But thanks for sharing.
