1. arrested development:
   Hilarious show on TV. There are few shows I watch regularly, but this is one of them. Part of the humor is the omniscient narrator who informs the viewer of circumstances that the characters of the show don't know about. Also, it's fun seeing David Cross trying to act straight.
2. caffeine:
   I love caffeine. I've become a coffee junkie at college. I've become a Tea junkie at home. I've eaten caffeine mints and drank caffeine water. Hell, I've indulged in Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans in my time. Is there any downside to this drug (aside from the sleepless nights)?
3. ds9:
   Simply my favorite Star Trek series. I loved the story arcs. I enjoyed the too-numerous-to-count regular guests. I was intrigued by the moral ambigutiy. And I really relished the (sometimes overly) impassioned acting of Avery Brooks.
4. final fantasy:
   Final Fantasy III so far is the only video game to make me care about the characters. Final Fantasy Mystic Quest was my quickest time to beat a video game. Final Fantasy I & II are being worked on as we speak. Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced helped me endure many sleepless nights. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles was very enjoyable to play in a group of people.

   Lovable Movie. Somehow Pixar can get more emotion out of computer bits than George Lucas can out of real actors.
7. refactoring:
   Programming ideology. Basically, split a program into many many small components that can be modified independently of the other components. That way you can redesign/rewrite/test more efficiently and you wont screw up anyone else who is working on the same project. It also means, keep working on something until you get it working as efficiently as possible. As the eXtreme programmers like to say: Refactor Mercilessly

   I want this car so bad. So very bad. Rotary Engine. Suicide Doors. 9k redline. Perfect 50/50 balance. Awesome looks. Oh you will be mine
9. text mate:
   Simply the best code editor out there for programming on any platform (and you can only run it on a mac)
10. zelda:
    I mean seriously... who doesn't like The Legend of Zelda games? Also, Zelda Fitzgerald was one crazy woman.
