Saw Into the Wild last night. Or, well, yesterday afternoon, really. It just gets so dark so quickly here now. It's black as pitch by eight. Anyway, I digress. Into the Wild. I know what you mean about movies. Whether or not I love a movie is usually based on how it made me feel. Which is perhaps why I haven't taken many film classes at college. I can notice and appreciate the shooting angles, the editing, etc, but my gauge of a great movie is based on emotions. If a movie makes me cry (or laugh uncontrollably), I think it's a good one.

i saw into the wild a few weeks ago, and i thought it was amazing too. i liked once too. i think it has to do with the way that they said so much without trying too hard. and once was pretty amazing in that it was written like an album, i've never seen a movie like that.
