i am listening to the exploding hearts, which is never a good idea for me when i am sad. i am still in a lot of pain and still really doped up. the drugs are making me super paranoid and super sad. i feel like everything happening in my house is some how connected to me eating shit and hurting myself. i keep feeling like i am being over
