and the measurements for the off-shoulder dress is:

pit-to-pit unstretched: 14 inches
length: 27 inches

Oh, that's too bad.
And unfortunately, the off-shoulder dress is too small for me. I have slightly wider shoulders.:/

Is the material sheer at all? As in... if you put your hand behind it, can you see the outline of your hand?

well, if you press your hand against the material, you can see a very faint outline of your hand - but it's not obvious at all

the dress is meant to be flowy when worn )so it won't be pressed against your body and comes with inner lining too :D
