i feel like i keep screwing up at work. my regional totally hates me and makes me feel like an idiot pretty much every time i talk to him. when we were bought by citizen's bank, they drove home this idea about "the credo".. treating customers, colleagues, and the community with respect. so when i see an opportunity to do what is best for the customer, my boss cuts me down and questions my motives. i hate having this kind of a relationship with my regional. i, of course, welcome his criticism, but to what extent can i handle it? there is a point at which his criticism turns into him lashing out at me. plus our numbers aren't where they should be. i have a very talented team, but not a very motivated one. plus i'm the most unorganized person ever. throw it all together and i feel like quitting before i get fired.
