Why thank you! The 100 year old egg's yolk was really rich, kinda salty. The egg white was totally black and kind of rubbery, but tasty nonetheless. What have you tried?
Not many Chinese restaurants serve aged eggs, but you can certainly get half a dozen for a few bucks at Asian supermarkets. They taste great in porridge.

I've yet to actually find century egg on a Chinese menu. I've always wondered what mouse tastes like. My cat seems to like it!
