HELP!!

So that subject title makes it sound worse than it is. See, I need a beta. I've already had two people say they'd do that, but they've fallen off the face of the earth and didn't tell me so I figure I'd best find a new one. This translates into every time I try talking to them they aren't there or are ignoring me, so I really want some one RELIABLE
