From the one meeting Martel's had with him, she considers Raven to be a considerate, polite man, with a bit of a weakness for pretty women. She likes him well enough, but she wouldn't really say she knows him.
Kyle reminds her of Lloyd, only maybe a little more naive and childlike (is that possible?). Consequently, she's very worried about him being in a place like Micro. Expect her to mother him.
Martel feels great sympathy for Marta. The poor girl seems about as innocent as Colette, and she's been forced into pretty much precisely the right type of environment to ruin that. It doesn't help that she was so sick when they first met, either.
The advice Martel gave to Marta about Emil was her honest feelings about the situation, plain and simple. She believes that if Marta or for that matter, anyone, really has someone they feels that strongly for, they should try to love them before the chip's influence cheapens the experience. It's what she'd do if Yuan were here.
She hopes Marta will be able to loosen up around her in future meetings, despite her title. And it's worth noting that Martel feels a bit of responsibility for her, just by virtue of where she comes from.
Itachi worries Martel, for several different reasons. His secretiveness makes her believe that he is in great danger back in his own world, the nature of his disease and the fact that she can only temporarily soothe its effects gnaws at her, and to top it all off, he comes across to her as the type to ignore his own well-being.
Outside of that, she likes him well enough. He's always polite, and helpful when he can be. He seems to lack people skills, but after dealing with Kratos, she's quite used to that. She believes he's trustworthy as well, which is why she made the offer to assist him in other ways. She'd prefer to know him more than she does before that, but if his health is at risk, she'll let it slide.
Their last encounter gave Martel more insight into Itachi than she ever thought she'd really have. If anything, she's more worried about his mental state now... and she's definitely pretty sad that there doesn't seem to be much she can do to help him, aside from ease whatever time he has left. She's mentally filed Itachi's little brother as one of the last people who should be brought to Micro, right beside Mithos.
As for the horrific acts he's admitted to committing, she can't condone his actions, but she understands the differences between his circumstances and her own, and she's not one to judge others harshly, either. She doesn't believe she holds any right to condemn or forgive him for what he did. Besides, her own brother did quite a bit worse.
