What about depo? Only thing is most insurances won't cover it, which is just insane, they will pay for you to have a kid and the kids medical expenses, but damned if they'll cover you using depo to not have one.
It's a consideration. I was on it temporarily last year for the wedding. It just really freaks me out that I can no longer take a medication that I have been taking since 18 because of my blood pressure.
Mine was the same way when I was in the pill, only I had high blood pressure anyway, so it made it even worse. Have you thought about a low hormone IUD (Mirena) or the copper no hormone IUD? I'm not sure if insurance will cover it, I got mine before our insurance kicked in, so it was free at the county health clinic. :/
It's a consideration. I was told we could go the IUD route or go back on depo. I was just put on Frank's insurance and his is really good but I'm not sure if it'll cover IUD. I was told most insurances do but they'd go over it more when my cultures come back.
