But! I do know that it's run by a king and queen, who... lost their daughter, the princess, when she was younger. Every year on her birthday, they would light off tons of these amazing paper lanterns, in hopes that she would see them and return home. They would have this big celebration, and people from all over the country would attend! It really is a beautiful sight.
Ah, but other then that, it's a gorgeous town. It's always bright and happy and full of life! [ or. at least she thinks so. fff ]

[ She laughs a little bit. Oh she wants to tell she's the princess, but she doesn't really know herself. It's just a guess, really. ;; ]

Well... on the princess' 18th birthday, she asked to go see the floating lights, in person. [ She sighs. ] Mother said no. So the princess tricked her out of the house, so she could make her escape.
[ Okay not exactly as it happened, but it was too difficult to go into so much detail. ] But, one day, a thief climbed his way up the tower. The princess was scared, so she... [ Laughs. ] Knocked him out. When he came to, the princess used her incredible wit to talk him into taking her to see the lights!
