Yes, I felt it, indeed! I happened to be awake in the basement - tweeking some things on our website. It was pretty wild and felt strong for a 4.3. I went upstairs and checked on Ed and he was up. He usually sleeps through everything; however, I guess because of our poor bedsprings, the bed was shaking.

Did you feel it??

There wasn't any damage through, was there? Sounds like Chicago got off pretty easy!

No...there wasn't any damage at all. Just was an auspicious event as that fault line wasn't even on the geologists radar. Many people and animals woke up seconds before it hit - including my daughter in Bloomington, IL.
