so i told my dad you wanted to go the college on the east coast, preferrably around abouts philly that was a good journalism school and he started listing off a buttload since he's from there and knows a lot about the colleges. anyways, i forget them, but if you're interested i could ask him again. i'm sure he'd love to talk to you about them, he's kind of a nerd that way.
preferrably around BOSTON...but yes, i may take you up on that. the wealth of knowledge that is your father. like.....whenever its spring break and i come over to your house for dinner and you guys feed me really good stuff and we hang out and bond. :>
I totally support any decision that you make, but really, you should apply to those places that appeal to you, and make your decision based on acceptances, and really think about whether or not you're going to regret staying at UPS, because if you pass up an opportunity to get out (which is what it seems like you want/need) and then regret it later in life, it just wouldn't be good. Really, here you need to listen to YOURSELF, NOT those around you, NOT those you call your friends (including me) you need to make YOUR own decision, it's your future, and maybe being somewhere else is going to be best for you, but you're the only one who truly knows that! Yea...I don't want to sound like i'm lecturing you, but if deep down you really feel as though you need to go somewhere else, DO IT!!! but if you truly feel as though you need to stay at UPS, then stay, and do grad-school somewhere else, or move somewhere else for your first job. Keep your doors open don't close them too early. I LOVE YOU!!! (just had to put that in there!)
