So I finally got my results back yesterday after getting my cholestrol checked like 2 weeks ago...

I go into the nurses office expecting them to tell me how high it is, what I should do to lower it, and all that fun stuff..

But instead...I LOWERED IT!  Okay so this may not sound exciting to you but I was so excited about it.  It makes me so glad
